1. No Attorney-Client Relationship

CredBoost Solutions is not a law firm, and none of the information contained on this site, in any of our materials, or provided during our services constitutes legal advice. By engaging with CredBoost Solutions, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • We do not represent you in any judicial, quasi-judicial, or administrative proceeding.
  • We are not acting as your attorney and cannot provide legal advice, draft legal documents, or represent you in court.
  • If you need legal advice regarding your credit report, consumer rights, or any dispute with a creditor, you should consult a qualified attorney licensed in your jurisdiction.

Any communications between you and CredBoost Solutions are purely for credit-repair guidance and dispute facilitation. No such communications create an attorney-client relationship, nor should you reasonably rely on them as legal counsel.

2. Credit Repair Disclaimer

Credit repair is governed by the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) and other federal, state, and local regulations. Under CROA, consumers are entitled to full disclosure of services, associated fees, and their rights, including the right to dispute inaccurate information on their credit reports themselves—without paying any third party.

By enrolling in any of our credit repair or funding services, you acknowledge:

Possibility of Legal Action

Disputing entries on a credit report can sometimes prompt creditors or collection agencies to initiate a lawsuit to validate a debt. While our goal is to correct or remove inaccurate or unverified entries, you understand there is a small risk that a creditor may take legal action. If that occurs, we will provide you with any documentation or information you need for your defense—but we do not provide legal representation.

No Guarantee of Specific Results

While many of our clients achieve significant score increases and successful removals of inaccurate entries, credit bureaus and creditors ultimately control the final outcome. We cannot guarantee that every disputed item will be deleted or altered in your favor.

Your Rights Under Federal and State Law

  • You may always dispute credit report errors yourself at no cost by contacting Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion directly.
  • You have the right to cancel any credit repair agreement, typically within three (3) business days of signing, in accordance with CROA.

3. Privacy & Data Security

We understand that the personal and financial information you provide—such as your Social Security number, credit reports, government-issued IDs, and proof of residence—is extremely sensitive. CredBoost Solutions commits to:

Secure Data Storage
All personal data is stored on encrypted servers behind industry-standard firewalls. File uploads (IDs, proof of residence, etc.) are encrypted at rest and in transit.

Limited Use & Access
We only use your data to facilitate credit bureau disputes, vendor communications, and funding applications. Access is restricted to authorized team members directly involved in your case.

No Unwanted Disclosure
We will not sell, rent, or lease your personal information to any third party. If, at any point, a court or administrative body with valid jurisdiction requests your information, we will notify you before disclosure—unless prohibited by law.

For full details on how we collect, use, and protect your data, please review our Privacy Policy.

4. Fee Structure & No Upfront Legal Fees

Unlike law firms that may charge retainer or hourly legal fees, CredBoost Solutions operates under the following models:

Monthly Subscription / Service Plans

  • Fees for credit repair, business credit building, and DIY access are clearly disclosed before you enroll.
  • You pay only for the services rendered; there are no hidden costs.

Performance-Based Funding Model

If you enroll in our Business Funding service, we charge only 10% of the total funding secured—no upfront payment required.

A-la-Carte Dispute Services

For individual dispute actions (bankruptcy, collections, inquiries, etc.), prices are disclosed on our pricing page.

Since we are not an attorney or law firm, no portion of your payment is designated as legal fees. We do not accept or hold retainer fees for legal representation.

5. Consumer Rights & Responsibilities

Your Right to Know
You are entitled to receive a copy of your credit report from each bureau once every 12 months—free—by requesting it at AnnualCreditReport.com.

Your Responsibility to Provide Accurate Information
You must furnish complete and truthful documentation (ID, proof of residence, account statements). Providing false or misleading information may violate federal law and can delay or invalidate dispute efforts.

Your Right to Cancel
Under CROA, you may cancel your credit repair agreement without penalty within three (3) business days of signing. Written cancellation must be submitted per the instructions in your signed agreem
ent.

Your Obligation to Monitor
While we handle disputes on your behalf, you retain the responsibility to monitor your credit reports for changes. We recommend checking your reports at least once every 30 days until all disputes are resolved.

6. No Class-Action Inducement / No Promise of Litigation

  • CredBoost Solutions does not promise or encourage that any error we dispute will result in a lawsuit against a creditor.
  • We do not file lawsuits on your behalf. If a creditor or collection agency sues you, you may wish to obtain legal counsel on your own.
  • Any decision to initiate judicial action is solely at your discretion (or your attorney’s advice), not ours.
